Discord

Discord receives a rich embed designed for chat: author identity, post text, quoted or reply context, media, and source metadata appear in one preview. Image galleries and video links can be shared with page-specific URLs when the post contains multiple attachments.

Discord mobile mods

The fix.vg Vendetta extension rewrites selected source links before a Discord mobile mod sends a message. Install it with this manifest URL:

https://fix.vg/plugins/vendetta

The settings screen includes a rewrite toggle, preview host, translation language, AI detection, and individual switches for every catalogued source platform. The default host is fix.vg; language and AI choices produce routes such as zh-tw-ai.fix.vg.

Telegram

Telegram receives an Instant View-compatible page for supported links. The page can include a cover image, author details, post text, media, statistics, source link, and translation context. The public @fixvgbot identity is available inside the generated page for the Telegram experience.

Social crawlers

X, Facebook, and LinkedIn crawlers receive platform-friendly metadata so a fix.vg URL can render as a useful link card when a post is shared publicly.

Browsers

Opening a fix.vg source link in a browser shows a provider-aware handoff page and then continues to the canonical source. The browser experience keeps the original destination visible while preview-capable clients receive the richer embed form.

ActivityPub clients

Compatible ActivityPub clients can consume structured statuses for supported public posts. The payload carries standard social fields such as author, content, timestamps, media attachments, and engagement statistics.

See Usage for the link modifiers that apply across these destinations.
